Women&TECH

A quietly revolutionary space for women and nonbinary people in tech.

What is Women&TECH?

We're not a networking group.
We're not a resource directory.
We're a community - for when you're building, breaking down, or just figuring it out.
Here, brunches and burnout live next to job offers and fun hikes.

Join the Community

Support the mission

Women&TECH is free to join and free to show up - and that's intentional. Your support helps us keep it that way.

Every dollar you donate helps cover the real, human costs of community care:

  • Brunches and hikes that help people breathe

  • Speaker gifts and venue rentals for our panels and events

  • Tools like Slack, Canva, Luma, and Zoom

  • Growth into new chapters like Utah

Get Involved - your way

Whether you're new here, looking for connection, or ready to co-create, we've got space for you.

Step 1: Just Show Up

Join us for a brunch, a hike, a Slack convo, or a panel. No pressure to network. No expectations to perform. Just come as you are.

Step 2: Find What Feels Right

Some folks come for community. Others want career support or a creative outlet. We organize our events and resources around themes like: Mental Health, Belonging, Career Growth, Leadership, Technical, and more.

Step 3: Want to Help? Host? Lead?

There's no big commitment required - just curiosity. You can:

  • Host a brunch, happy hour, hike, etc.

  • Co-plan an event

  • Volunteer behind the scenes

  • Share a job or resource in Slack

  • Or just cheer others on

Our Story

We started as a brunch.A few women in Colorado, working in tech, craving connection that didn't feel like networking. No lanyards. No icebreakers. Just space to be ourselves - tired, hopeful, ambitious, burnt out, funny, lost, or all of the above. What happened next wasn't planned. It was necessary. That brunch turned into a hike. The hike turned into a Slack group. The Slack group turned into panels, coworking days, job referrals, late-night DMs, and real friendships. More people joined. More stories were shared. More women showed up saying, "I didn't know how much I needed this."Women&TECH was never about climbing. It was about landing. We created something we rarely found in tech: a soft landing. A space to rest, reconnect, and remind each other that our careers and our humanity don't have to be in conflict. That community and ambition can fuel each other. That we deserve spaces where we can take up space.Today, Women&TECH is growing. We're still rooted in Colorado, but we're expanding into Utah and beyond. We host hikes, brunches, panels, and coworking days. We build each other up during job searches and career wins. We laugh, cry, vent, and share Slack memes. We hold space for each other in all seasons. We're not a capital-R "Resource for Women in Tech." We're something better. We're a mental health buffer. A self-esteem recharger. A softly powerful reminder that you don't have to prove yourself to belong here. You already do.Come when you need. Stay when you feel it. Grow when you're ready. This is Women&TECH. You're right on time.
